By accessing or using Viditok (“the Service”), operated by Viditok under the laws of Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the Service immediately.

Viditok is an independent online utility designed for individual personal backup, educational, and fair-use archiving of publicly available video content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will only process content that you own or have explicit authorization from the copyright holder to retrieve.
• You will not use the Service for commercial redistribution, mass automated scraping, or infringing copyright distribution.
• Viditok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any of their affiliates.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, download speeds, or that third-party video sources will remain accessible. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law of Canada, Viditok disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

4. Abuse Prevention and Rate Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, Viditok employs automated rate limiting and technical guards. Any attempt to circumvent rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or overload the infrastructure will result in automatic temporary request rejection.
